Cropsmonitor Maps

Cropsmonitor provides a range of maps in printable PDF format as well as other formats suitable for use with mobile apps and GPS software. Each map consists of one or more maps, either of a single field or a group of fields. Below are some examples of the maps that are regularly generated. Maps are available worldwide. 

Moisture

The moisture map shows variations in soil and vegetation moisture (similar to NDMI) and is designed to identify areas within fields that are dry, well wetted or  waterlogged. Most of our clients use this map together crop growth vigour map.

Poduction zones

This map represents the cumulative biomass production from the beginning of the season to date. In essence the map emphasizes areas (zones) that are consistently performing significantly below average (relative to the field) and above average.
